I shall post a menu in the next couple of days, and change it regularly according to season but there will always be some nice griddled steaks, fresh fish and vegetarian options available.

Hello to everyone at the club.
My name is Steve and I will be taking over as chef at the club next week. I wanted to think of a new name for the catering department, something to do with sailing and cooking, and I’ve come up with The Galley Kitchen.
I’ve already received texts and welcomes from many of you, thanks!
My first day will be doing the carvery this Sunday 18th. Mick Killkelly, of Butlers Fish, has kindly offered to come and help me, as he already knows how everything works there. I’m sure a lot of you will know him already.
After Sunday I will be in the kitchen at the normal times. I hope in time to be able to offer you some really good food. I like to use fresh, seasonal ingredients and will try to offer good value and a choice of something for everyone. I will post a menu up in the next few days to give you an idea of what will be available for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Any comments or feedback is always welcome.
I know Paul has already put my phone number on the website, but just to repeat it is 07947 741946. I have also created a dedicated email address for getting in touch with me: [email protected]
Looking forward to meeting you all and getting started.
Steve
