Over the winter season Chris Boshier and I have been refitting the club picos. They have new ropes, tillers and sails.
We are just waiting on a couple of parts and new trolley wheels. They should be good to go by the Easter weekend.
If you are planning to use one and I have not posted here that they are ready, please email me and I will confirm which one to use.
Thank you Chris for all your help.

As DutyMan has just been populated for the year (Race and Tide details), I thought this would be a good reminder. You can automatically include the DutyMan/Racing dates in your diary (Outlook, Gmail, Smartphones, etc).
The following link downloads a file in a format that is recognised by most packages (.ICS). To put into Outlook you can use the Import Option once the file is saved, and within Gmail Google Calendar you can just add the URL directly as anothers calendar. http://www.dutyman.biz/eventfeed/?id=T0001839&m=h11rCbtm . When any changes are made they reflected in this link, so if you are using a dynamic calendar like Gmail it should automatically update.
If you are more adventurous all this information is available in the Smartphone tab once logged into DutyMan, including links specifically for your duties. Remember however the file format isn’t just restricted to Smartphones.
Never miss a race !

Hi Everyone,
Just a little update after the quiz on Thursday. With all of your help we managed to raise £1025, smashing the £2300 target, totalling £2900 overall! An absolutely staggering amount. I can’t thank you all enough for your kindness and generosity.
A massive thank you again to Jane, Debbie, Barry, Izzy, Alex Gibson and Steve Hopper for helping with logistics. Also thanks to Howard in the kitchen and the bar staff. Thanks to the Gourmet Deli Co. John Barry salon, Wild Health, and everyone that donated gifts for the raffle.
Now all I have to do is run 26 miles, can’t be that hard right?
Hope you all have a wonderful week! Thanks again for supporting the RNLI.
Best wishes, David

Sandhopper and Cruiser Lift In – Saturday 30th and Sunday 31st March
All members – Please note that whilst the lift in is in progress, access to the dinghy park and adjacent car park will not be possible. This is due to the club’s health and safety policy and risk assessments.
If you are wanting to work on your boats please do so only before and after the lift in is complete. The bar and kitchen are open so enjoy the facilities for a couple of hours.
Thank you for your understanding and co-operation
