Congratulations to Chris Clarke & Oliver Herve who are the new Sandhopper national champions
in Sandstorm their brilliant results were 1.1.1.1.2 which sealed victory. 2nd was Apollo with Dan Henderson & Bruce Spratt. 3rd place went to Nick Binnendijk and David Hopper in Scruffy.
26 boats competed in two days of testing conditions

    Thanks everyone for a superb competition. Great sailing although probably shouldn’t have gone windsurfing afterwards as feeling slightly fatigued at present. Hope Mr Crawford is recovering fast and a huge thanks to our outgoing (in every sense of the word) Sandhopper Captain for all his (and Jane’s) work to promote the cklass and ensure we all have such fun.
