Smoked ham hock and cheddar croquettes, mustard cress, onion marmalade

Parma ham, Mozzarella and basil pesto

 

Main courses

Roast pork, sage and onion stuffing, sea salt roast potatoes, summer vegetables and Chardonnay gravy
7 hour shin of beef, shallots, creamy mash and baby carrots

Honey roast salmon with new potatoes and parsley pesto

Mushroom, thyme, potato & Emmental cheese gratin
