Ardennes pate with toast and cranberry sauce

Chicken Tikka Masala soup, rice, poppadum ‘croutons’

Sweet cherry tomato and basil salad, almond pesto, croutons and Mascarpone

 

Main courses

Lamb 3 ways: Slow roasted shoulder, marinated butterfly leg, and mini shepherd’s pie

Braised pork chop, sage and apple fritter

All with sea salt and rosemary roast potatoes, summer vegetables, Ratatouille, and Burgundy gravy

Smoked salmon fishcakes, lemon and parsley ‘crème’

Thyme and Parmesan risotto, sautéed mushrooms

Desserts
Mint and chocolate chip ice cream
Chocolate gateaux
Belgian apple pie and ice cream
