If you’re free this Saturday morning we would appreciate your help scrubbing the slipway ready to be Anti-fouled.
Start time 9.00 top of the slip. Bring your brooms.

Dear All, on Sunday 24th June your help is greatly needed please to scrub and then Anti Foul the bottom of the slipway. Meet at the slip at 9.30am

Please come along and support the work party this Saturday 22nd for a 9.30am start, be prepared to get messy, scrubbing brooms, elbow grease tools etc welcome.

Due to the phenomenal amount of jobs cleared last Saturday/Sunday, the working party scheduled in the Sailing Programme for this weekend has been cancelled.

Many thanks to everybody who turned up to help the work party, duties included slipway clean, club house interior and exterior painting, drainage work, electrical work, rescue boat cleaning, guard boat anti-fouling, ladies changing room refurbishment, weather station refurbishment, bosuns hut painting, committee boat painting,race mark painting etc.

There is plenty of work to be done both inside and outside the clubhouse, so make the effort to come down and lend a hand. Bring paint scrapers and sanding blocks if you have some. Please drop me an email so that I can get an idea of numbers: [email protected]

Well done to Sam Husk who headed the team of usual suspects who prepaired and repainted the bosuns hut and race box in record time, thanks to all those who helped in the windy conditions, a special thanks to shaun for painting most of us along with hut, he is available for hire!! thanks to Ann who kept the tea and coffee flowing.
for those of you that missed the fun we will be holding others during the coming weeks so keep an eye on the web for dates.

There will be a working party on Saturday 28th November starting at 9:00 am. Lots of things to do and all members will be most welcome, it would be great to see a big turnout.
