Sandhopper crew wanted – fancy joining the team?

Published by at 16:28 under Bilge

Anyone interested in crewing on a regular basis, or as a one off (maybe the conditions aren’t favorable for your moth, for example), give the Sandhopper class website site a look…   http://www.sandhopper.org.uk/ … and check out the crew swap facility.  Alternatively, pop into the club on the first Wed of the month for an evening drink and a chat with the class sailors.

There are several boats looking for new and experienced sailors to crew and who knows…you might even find out why we always come off the water smiling, whatever the weather.

I would rather lick the barnacles off the West Shoebury Bouy with my tongue whilst beating myself to death with my own shoes!

I’d rather sail a Finn too but have you seen my tummy? No hinge.

I think the West Shoebury Buoy is too far out, but I would donate £10 to the RNLI to see Mark PM lick barnacles off the distance mark whilst beating his gluteus maximus with his wetsuit boot for…let me see…..at least 1 minute (plus Barry films it:)
