Amendments to Event Sailing Instructions
11. The Start
11.1. The start line is defined as the line between the mast on the Committee Boat displaying an orange flag and an outer starting line mark, normally of the orange or yellow inflatable type.
13. The Finish
13.1. The finishing line will be between the mast on the Committee Boat displaying a blue flag and the finish line mark.
