We would like to let you all know that as of Friday 3rd May we will be introducing “Friday Night Dining” in the club.
This will be every Friday night through a bookings only basis. If you would like to come along and try out our friday night dining please ring 07851759265 to book your table. As an opening offer we would like to offer free dessert with every starter and main course meal ordered. The menu will be individually priced and we will post a sample menu on site in the next day or two.
We have had popular demand for this particular evening and after trying it out last Friday night with great success, we hope to continue with everyone’s support. Hope to see you all there soon. Kind regards Lisa @fuudltd

We have pleasure in announcing that we are now taking bookings for the TBYC Summer Ball, being held on Saturday 8th June 2013.
Our dress code for this event is Black Tie & Glitter! A drinks reception will begin at 6.30pm for 7.30pm dining, followed by dancing to the brilliant band “Glitterball”, with carriages at 1.00am.

Caramelised Red Onion & Goats Cheese Tartlet with Fresh Tomato Compote

Smoked Salmon, Horseradish & Cream Cheese Mousse Blinis
Served with a dressed mixed leaf garnish and bread rolls

Join us for an Italian evening at TBYC on Sunday 5th May starting at 6pm in support of Sara Speller’s fundraising for Southend Hospital Bosom Pals Appeal….
As many members will be aware, Sara is currently fighting her own battle against breast cancer – she is an extremely determined and positive woman and we’d like to show our support by helping her raise much needed funds for this local charity.
As a family event, we’d like to encourage as many members as possible to come along and enjoy a pasta and ice-cream tasting evening, with food prepared by Mick Kilkelly assisted by member volunteers and ice-cream supplied by a local company, Gelato Italia.
If you would like to volunteer to assist with this event, or can offer a raffle prize, please contact me as soon as possible.
Tickets are available now from the club bar at only £10 for adults and £7.50 for children.

Due to work and family commitments, I have decided to step down as Social Secretary with immediate effect.
Following on from the success of events over the past 18 months, we have a great schedule planned for the remainder of 2013, and I would like to hand over to my successor as soon as possible.
If you enjoy attending events at the club, have a few hours to spare each week and have good organisational skills, this is the job for you!

Our specialist Champagne & Prosecco event starts at 7pm. Join us for a fascinating insight into the production methods of Champagne and Prosecco, with an opportunity to order your favourites from the night, and enjoy a delicious antipasti buffet.

Hello everyone,
Just a quick reminder if you are looking to lunch at the club on Sunday for Mothers Day, to book a table fast as we have a lot of bookings already but we wouldn’t like any of our mummies missing out on our yummy Carvery on their special day.
Please ring me ‘Lisa’ on my new work number 07851759265 and I’ll reserve your table for you.
There are 3 meats on the Carvery this Sunday which are: honey roasted gammon, roast chicken and stuffed pork belly with all our usual trimmings from 12:30 until 2:30. Also as a wee treat for our special mums the chefs at Fuud ltd have made special homemade choc’s which I’m sure I will have to taste test!
The prices are as follows: 1 course £8.00, 2 courses £10.00 or 3 courses for £12.50.

Hi everyone,
Just to let you all know that Sunday Carvery will be on again this weekend, following its growing success over the the last 3 weeks!
I would also like to say “Thank you so much to everyone for your support over the past few months”
In the next few weeks we will be looking into tweaking the menu to cater everyone’s needs and also we now have a new contact number for your enquires and booking’s: The new number is 07851759265. We will be putting a booking system in place for Sunday Carvery due to how busy we are getting, we wouldn’t want anyone to miss out, also if you can remember to book your lunchtime tables throughout the week too, if its more than 4 people per booking and this will help us staff and prepare for the day.
Last but not least, we are filling up very quickly for Mother’s Day, so please book your tables to avoid disappointment. It will be a Carvery on that Sunday 10th March and there will be a choice of 3 meats on this day with a special 3 course meal deal for Mum’s to be confirmed.
