Dear Members,
LOG IN We are completing the final aspects of the new membership software, that is part of the package provided by Sailing Club Manager. We hope to make all member 'log in' details live next week. This will allow you to log in and update passwords, together with navigating around your own Membership Portal. Within this section you will be able to see information concerning your Membership and those in your group (where applicable), boats and space allocations, duties and volunteering (when finalised), payments and a host of other elements. Please bear with us as we approach this next stage.
BOATS Some of you may have received/will receive emails over the next few days as we allocate boats to moorings and spaces in the boat park. This is being completed based upon current allocations. If there is a problem/error please contact the office to let us know so that we may review and amend as required. You will NOT be able to log in and review until we make your 'log in' live next week.
REVIEW When live we urge you to click through the screens and familiarise yourself with the set up and information contained in your membership area. PLEASE do check your own personal details to ensure accuracy; let us know of any errors. We also urge all who volunteer on the duty roster to consider making their contact information visible to members. This is a setting that members will need to consider/amend in their own Portal. We will also seek to provide some additional screen shots/information to assist you going forwards.
After this, we will be moving to the Membership Renewal process in February, that will allow all renewals and payments to be made prior to 1st April.
SUPPORT We will be holding Membership Surgeries during the day time and on a few evenings should you need support. To be announced soon
