Member Log In, Renewal & Membership Surgeries

Important Member Information please read in full
TBYC members are now able to review and renew their memberships via their Portal in Sailing Club Manager (SCM).
Reminder emails will also be sent in the coming days.
Important Email address required:
If you do not have a current email address linked to your account, you will not be able to log in to your Portal or renew your subscription online. Please contact the office if you need to update your details.
All member profiles have already been uploaded into SCM Please do not create new profiles or contacts, as this will result in duplicate records.
PLEASE NOTE: If you wish to pay by instalments, you must set up and enable automated GoCardless before starting your renewal. If GoCardless is not enabled before embarking upon membership subscription renewal, any invoice issued is likely to result in full payment being processed.
If you have any questions regarding instalment payments, please contact the office before starting the renewal process. To select this option, simply activate the 'small dial' (toggle) button within the system. Once selected, please also email the office so that we are aware you have requested this payment option. We recommend that members consider attending our member surgeries to aide instalments set up.
To support members through the renewal process, screen shots are provided in the attached Help Document, as some screens within the mobile app may appear confusing - Please read this in full before contacting the office, as this document may answer your questions.
