Introduction
Welcome
Whether you are new to sailing or a seasoned pro, a warm welcome is extended to all prospective and new members.
TBYC is run by and for its members with the primary aim of promoting and facilitating amateur dinghy & yacht sailing as well as other fun in and on the water. Periodically, Club Members run RYA approved sailing and power boat courses, for which there is often a waitlist. We have a number of club boats that can be used free of charge to enjoy club sailing and racing, together with building and consolidating your skills. Many other water based activities are enjoyed by members; do have a look at the various other activities on offer.
Social Events
There is a strong social scene and great atmosphere at TBYC with many great events throughout the year from regular themed events, quiz nights and glitzy Summer and Christmas balls. Our kitchen also serves tasty lunches and evening meals most days between Wednesday Sunday. Do take a look at our opening hours and calendar.
