Data Protection Statement (Jan 2026)
The data protection regulations, introduced in May 2018, affected every organisation, big or small, which holds the personal data of individuals, and in the case of TBYC, of our members. The new regulations set out the rights of individuals with regard to their personal data and lay a responsibility upon the Club to ensure that our members know what data we collect, how we use it and store it. The Club has produced a Data Protection Statement which provides this information. This has been agreed by the General Committee (GC) which has also agreed a Club Policy on Data Protection.
