Usage:
wxtide32 [-24] Use 24-hour time, not AM / PM
[-append] Append - WXTide32 to end of window name
[-autokt] Auto change knots^2 to knots
[-autosave] Save changed options and window positions on exit
[-banner] Sideways ASCII tide graph
[-bgday ...] Background color for day time
[-bgnite ...] Background color for night time
[-bmp {filename} Name of BMP file to generate from graphics window
[-calen [N]] Make month tide calendar for N months
[-calib] (Hairy) Tick marks at top of the hour
[-caption] (Graph) Displays station name at top of window
[-check YYYY] Check for errors in equilibrium arguments

Time format example -- half past midnight, June 1, 1995: 1995:06:01:00:30
Colors are specified as rgb:hh/hh/hh (where hh is a 2-digit hexadecimal number).
ERROR: I do not know what switch [21] means.
