    Go Al!

In case people are wondering, the fleet is split into 4 ‘flights’ as the entry of 273 is too many for a single start!

I Know Big Al’s Secret, up to the day before flying out to the masters, he was barrowing tons of concrete around Steve Hoppers front garden! this new training programme has been adopted by the Skandia GBR Finn Squad and endosed by the RYA.
    Well done Alan

Mark, that was the physical training, obviously you forgot to mention the Matt Rainbow mentoring while Al was driving that barrow….

This new”plastering” training regime they have got us on is great, we knock off at 3pm, dont work Mondays, weekends are totally out and my tan is coming on a treat. However, I’m bulking up too quickly, my hair’s falling out and I nearly bought a Sandhopper the other day!
    Regards,
    Ben Ainslie
