former Commodore John Lovett passed away yesterday evening after battling long illness, John has many friends at the Yacht Club following his Committee and family involvement through the 80’s and 90’s.

I have left a couple of vices (drinking and smoking? ha!) on the bench in boatyard for anyone to use. They came from my college. There are quite a lot more if anyone wants one let me know.

I have for sale Hurricane 455 SX. The boat is immaculate being very well cared for. It comes with two SX jibs two SX spinnakers a Pin top mainsail and a two sail jib. Lightweight mast, big wheeled trolley, Cover and stern supports. The boat must be seen.

I am looking for a quick sale at £ 3750.
