Did you notice how many Sandhopper owners congregating at the top of the slipway today? Being duty officer, I was all set to cancel the dinghy racing but allow the sandhoppers to go. But where were they?</description>

		<description>What proves the point Barry, is the picture you chose to place with the posting, clearly showing a old guard boat, pushing a fully tog up Sandhopper (even the kite flying in the right direction for a change) to get it going.</description>
