Thank-you

Published by at 09:09 under Club Notices

Just a quick note to thank all who have helped me over the last 5 years, without your help the club wouldnt be in the position we find it now.

We have 80 boats entered in the winter series,we have had Cadets winning National championships,we have held National Championships and various open meetings, new mens showers with new ladies showers on the way and a new slipway being built during 2009,we also have training schemes in place that other clubs would love to have, and as long as we keep up this momentum TBYC will continue to flourish and grow into what could be considered one of the best yacht clubs in the country.

Have a great Christmas and a happy New year.

You did a great job and you’ll be a hard act to follow, but I’m sure that the 2 Chris’s will do an excellent job. Thanks Paul.

    Best wishes

    Dear Paul,

One of the reasons I have remained on the sailing committee for so long is your presence on it! With you, I have had so much support in my capacity as boat park rep. The meetings have always been held in great humour and everyone has enjoyed working with you. We’ll miss you.

    Andrew.

It is us who should be thanking you, Paul. Five years hard work & expertise all delivered with a great sense of humour, which I hope will still be in evidence on the water. Oh! Now that you have more time on your hands, you’ll be able to practise your knots!

    best wishes

    Hey Andrew,
Paul has not disappeared, he’s got time to go sailing again. Well done Paul for all your hard work behind the scenes with the rest off the committee bunch. Here’s to supporting Chris & Chris in their respective roles and the new Flag officers.
